With the collections industry gearing up to
collect all the outstanding cash in the market in order to add to the bottom line of
organizations, the need for managing the collection process systematically has
never been more important.
Using QlikView as the engine, we have got
Analytical Dashboards built, ready-made, for Collections Analytics, Productivity
Analytics and also for Inventory (Debt Assets) Analytics.
These
dashboards provide all the information a manager/supervisor will need to define
the work focus for the next week or next day, with an ability to build campaign
strategies, and create a calling list based on those strategies. Building a
campaign strategy has never been so easy, and it is amazing to see how various
attributes of the assets / debtors can be used to seamlessly build winning
strategies.
The dashboards are ready to be used on top of some of the
popular Collection ERPs – Comtech’s Collect!, CR Software’s Collection Platform
and Columbia Ultimate’s Collection Software – with customers using them already
for getting maximum benefit out of the data captured in those systems.
In
addition to the Collection Software, the templates can also pick up information
from Switches – already an integration with Avaya switches through a third party
data acquisition software is functional in one of our customers. The switch data
can allow productivity analytics to be done easily, and integrating with the
collection data, can provide very sharp insights into the possible improvements
across the organization, and also provide easy to use Incentive Accounting
capability.
